Welcome to SitePillarHQ (operating as "Constractor"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Merchant of Record

All payment processing is handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle’s terms of service.

Paddle handles all billing inquiries, invoices, and transaction-related compliance. For any payment disputes or billing questions, Paddle acts as the authorized reseller of our software services.

2. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) Architecture

SitePillarHQ is a software interface. Users are responsible for providing their own API keys from third-party AI providers. SitePillarHQ is not responsible for charges incurred on the user's third-party AI accounts.

You agree to comply with the respective Terms of Service of any third-party AI provider (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) whose API keys you connect to our platform.

3. Platform Usage

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for all data, documents, and information you upload to the AI Permit Vault. SitePillarHQ reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the system resources.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SitePillarHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
