14-Day Guarantee

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund policy for first-time subscribers. If SitePillarHQ doesn't save your team time in the first two weeks, we will issue a full refund through Paddle.

To request a refund within this 14-day window, simply contact our support team. We process all refunds directly through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear back on your card.

Renewals & Cancellations

After the initial 14-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to your Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.

API Costs Excluded

Please note that our refund policy solely covers the SitePillarHQ software subscription fee processed via Paddle. Because we utilize a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) architecture, any costs you incur directly with third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) are completely independent of us and are not eligible for a refund from SitePillarHQ.
